• Explain how I turn usability findings into a go/no-go decision for executives

• Display how I deliver candid findings on executive-sponsored initiatives

• Validate my ability to research AI hardware while using AI tools responsibly in analysis

TLDR;

I led the design, execution, analysis, and reporting of a 3 study research package spanning 2 quarters and over 150 participants. My triangulated findings reframed the team's core problem from fixable friction to a structural value gap. My reporting convinced leadership to limit the product release, and defocus the planned non-display product pairing.
